Important Information for Motorcycle Owners & Riders
To supplement our many years of educating motorcyclists, and motor vehicle drivers in general for that matter, to ride safe and to regularly inform them of issues relating to riding, we have found it necessary upon many requests throughout the Mid-west to share our knowledge and experiences with the launch of this website JusticeOnWheels.com. We intend for this site to be an educational and safety based website for motorcyclists, motor vehicle drivers, owners and pedestrians.
Many of you that already know me, know that I have over 35 years riding experience; I have represented hundreds of motorcyclists and thousands of motor vehicle accident victims in Indiana and in the Mid-west and that I know, appreciate and understand motorcycle injury law. I am not just a lawyer that has his photo or video taken next to or on a motorcycle for billboard or TV purposes. I am actually out there every day riding with you - whether with my wife, family, friends, in HOG groups, metric clubs, Blue Knights Motorcycle Clubs and so on. Many of you also know and appreciate my desire and tremendous interest in helping others by providing education, training and knowledge. My wife Regina and I have a proven track record of helping other people from "our heart"; whether they are motorcyclists, motor vehicle drivers & owners, pedestrians, police, karate students or perfect strangers for that matter.
The subjects we will be addressing on this site include motor vehicle safety, insurance coverage, distracted drivers, Good Samaritan laws, causes of motorcycle and motor vehicle crashes, things to do both before and after an accident along with a variety of other legal and practical issues affecting motorcyclists and the general driving public. We have also put out numerous educational videos which will be featured on this site via our video library.
